Lewis was appointed to the Board as Group Chief Financial Officer on 1 March 2015. Lewis joined Innovation Group Ltd in 2012, initially as the Chief Financial Officer for North America, before moving into the Managing Director role for the North American services business, during which time, he successfully led a number of strategic change initiatives.
Prior to joining Innovation Group Ltd, Lewis was a Director within Ernst & Young in the United Kingdom, focusing on fast growth plc’s with an international footprint. His client base included Innovation Group Ltd, which he supported since 2005 on a number of core projects.

Managing Director, Asia & Australia
Martin is responsible for leading Innovation Group Ltd's business in the Asian and Australasian markets. Martin has spent over 24 years working in the provision of solutions to insurance and related industries. In that time he has worked in finance, sales and marketing, management consulting and senior management roles in the UK and in Australia
Bart De Groof
Managing Director, Central Europe
Bart joined the Akzo Nobel Accident Management division ‘Nobilas’ in 2004 as a bodyshop Network Manager for the Benelux and moved on to a role as Operations Manager before the company was acquired by The Innovation Group Ltd in 2007. In 2010 he became Managing Director and turned the Belgian operation around from a loss-making division into a profitable business unit with a unique position in the Benelux market.Since joining Innovation Group Ltd Bart also had considerable contact with Innovation Group Ltd in Germany, due to fleets that have operations in Belgium and Holland, and he has a detailed understanding of the European insurance and repair market.
Director of Strategic Development (Property)
Paul has over 25 years experience in the General Insurance sector. With CGNU, he managed a series of strategic projects, including re-engineering of the global claims management function and development of a Customer Service strategy. As part of the UK executive management team he led their work to integrate a new underwriting, claims and financial management system and played a key role in the integration of its London market subsidiaries following the UK’s largest general insurance merger. Since joining the management team of Innovation Group Ltd in 2002 he has occupied a number of key roles in the development of the group both locally and internationally. Paul’s current focus is to maximise the Company’s position in the Property outsourcing sector in Northern Europe.
Director of BPS Technology Solutions
Tom has spent 20 years working in the Insurance industry, 15 of which have been spent implementing end-to-end Insurance applications for major Insurers. Tom is responsible for taking Innovation Insurer and implementing it within Innovation Group Ltd's own BPO businesses worldwide. Tom’s key responsibility is to use Innovation Group Ltd's latest technology to fully integrate their worldwide businesses both operationally and from a technology perspective.
Prior to joining Innovation Group Ltd, Tom worked as an insurance underwriter, joining the HUON Corporation in 1995. During his time with HUON and then Innovation Group Ltd he has spent the majority of his time working directly with Insurance technology customers in Europe, implementing and assisting them to use Insurance technology to grow their respective businesses. For the last 8 years, Tom has performed the role of Programme Manager for a UK based Tier 1 insurer. This role included the provision of consultancy services, change management, new application development and post implementation support.
Managing Director, South Africa & Middle East
Prior to joining Innovation Group Ltd, Glen gained a wealth of experience in the IT and business areas within large insurers and banks in South Africa. In 1999, Glen joined Innovation Group Ltd as a Business Project Manager, to build new businesses cases, help management evaluate them and (where agreed) create these units for the Group. After successfully implementing some strong business units for the group Glen took an Executive position, responsible for a group of business units. In 2005 he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Innovation Group Ltd in South Africa and to Managing Director: South Africa in 2007.
