Novarica Average Customer Experience (ACE) Ranking Report™ noted Innovation Group earning a score of 97 out of a possible 100 and technology a 97, while overall customer satisfaction and the organisation rated a 96.  Client survey responses highlighted staff responsiveness to issues or concerns, ongoing creativity of solutions and seeking input on process improvements as positives in the ranking.   The Novarica ACE Rankings™ were based on an online survey of senior technology and operational executives at multiple insurer clients who have had direct experience with the Innovation Group services and organisation. ACE Rankings provide a transparent, un-edited picture of how well a solution or provider meets its users' needs.
