This report provides an overview of 58 policy administration systems and suites for US property/casualty insurers. Insurer Policy is a component of the Innovation Insurer suite and supports all functionality surveyed by Novarica as part of the solution.
Insurer Policy is fully SOA-compliant and J2EE-based with an enhanced UI. The January 2012 release included further enhancements such as expanded configuration tool (Insurer Configurator), agent management, integrated underwriting workstation and billing, a new rating expression builder, improved portal capabilities, 360-degree customer view, and added integration with third-party data providers. Insurer Policy has an out-of-box web portal for customers and agents.
