INNOVATION GROUP AND WCS ANNOUNCE AGREEMENT TO DELIVER PERSONAL LINES TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION AND SERVICES TO MOUNTAIN WEST FARM BUREAU
 
April 1, 2008—Newton, MA—Innovation Group (LSE:TIG) announces they have signed a perpetual license agreement with Western Computer Services, Inc. (WCS) of Sandy, Utah, to deliver a personal lines insurance technology solution to the Mountain West Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company. The solution will drive business processes for personal lines policy administration and management that will enhance customer service, increase retention rates, reduce overhead costs per policy, and provide for continual revenue growth.

WCS, a provider of technology services and support, exclusively serves its owners, Western Agricultural Insurance Company, Mountain West Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company, and Western Community Insurance Company. According to Harold Williams, WCS vice president, "We put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into identifying the best provider to help us service our clients. We diligently sought out a practical, proven and innovative policy administration solution for personal lines insurance. INNOVATION GROUP ACQUIRES SUREPLAN INTERNATIONAL
 
SurePlan International, an Australian based company, is co-owner of SurePlan USA, Inc. (SurePlan), a leading supplier of outsourced fleet management services to the fleet industry in the USA. SurePlan provides accident management, claims management, vehicle hire, roadside assistance, appraisal, and risk management solutions to USA’s leading fleet organizations.

SurePlan established a joint venture operation in partnership with LeasePlan USA in their Rolling Meadows, Illinois location in 2005. Since then SurePlan has significantly assisted organizations to minimise their operating costs and increase safety amongst drivers.

This acquisition places the Innovation Group firmly as the leading provider of outsourced incident management solutions for the US fleet market.
