Matthew was born and educated in England but moved to Germany 20 years ago to work as Export Manager for a sport aviation manufacturer, of which he later became Managing Director.
David Thorpe
Non-Executive Chairman, Nomination Committee Chairman
David Thorpe joined the Board in July 2003 and was appointed Non-executive Chairman in February 2010. He is Chairman of the Nomination committee and sits on the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
James Morley

James Morley joined the Board as Non-executive Director on 5 March 2007, is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and sits on the Audit and Nomination Committees. He is also currently the Senior Independent Director.
