Paul has over 25 years experience in the General Insurance sector. With CGNU, he managed a series of strategic projects, including re-engineering of the global claims management function and development of a Customer Service strategy. As part of the UK executive management team he led their work to integrate a new underwriting, claims and financial management system and played a key role in the integration of its London market subsidiaries following the UK’s largest general insurance merger. Since joining the management team of Innovation Group in 2002 he has occupied a number of key roles in the development of the group both locally and internationally. Paul’s current focus is to maximise the Company’s position in the Property outsourcing sector in Northern Europe.
